1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the APNHR Conference 2026 website (“Website”), registering for the conference, submitting abstracts or papers, participating in conference activities, or using any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. About APNHR Conference 2026

APNHR Conference 2026 is an academic and professional event organized to facilitate knowledge exchange, research dissemination, networking, and collaboration related to housing research and policy across the Asia-Pacific region.

3. Eligibility

Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration and submission processes.

By registering for the conference, you represent that:

  • You have the authority to submit any materials provided.

4. Registration and Participation

Participants are responsible for:

Authors retain ownership of their intellectual property.

By submitting abstracts, papers, posters, presentations, or related materials, you grant APNHR Conference 2026 a non-exclusive right to:

  • Publish titles, abstracts, author names, and affiliations in conference materials.
  • Include accepted content in conference programs, proceedings, websites, and promotional materials.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that submitted content:

  • Does not infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Does not violate applicable laws or regulations.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to contribute to a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Participants must not engage in:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
  • Offensive, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
  • Unauthorized recording or distribution of confidential materials.
  • Activities that interfere with conference operations or participant safety.

The organizers reserve the right to remove participants who violate this Code of Conduct without refund where appropriate.

All conference branding, logos, website content, graphics, and materials created by the organizers remain the property of APNHR Conference 2026 or their respective owners.

where reasonably necessary.

In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, governmental restrictions, technical failures, or force majeure events, the organizers reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, convert to a hybrid/virtual format, or cancel the conference.
